For assistance using the HPC’s eServices, browse the Resources and Quick Links panel to the right of the screen for user guides and helpful websites. 

Live Chat with a service agent is also available during regular business hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Click on the “Chat Now!" icon to activate the chat window.
